Refund Policy

Flexpoint LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the product Linquo Chat. We strive to provide a valuable and affordable service. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for our subscription plans.

By subscribing to Linquo, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. Free Plan

Linquo offers a Free Plan with core features. Since the Free Plan does not require payment, no refunds apply.

2. Paid Plans

Linquo offers optional paid subscriptions:

  • Monthly Plan — $5 per month
  • Yearly Plan — $49 per year

3. Refund Eligibility

a) Monthly Plan

  • Payments for the Monthly Plan are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
  • You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.

b) Yearly Plan

  • If you cancel within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund.
  • After 14 days, payments are non-refundable, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.

4. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your paid billing period. No further charges will be made unless you resubscribe.
