1. Free Plan
Linquo offers a Free Plan with core features. Since the Free Plan does not require payment, no refunds apply.
2. Paid Plans
Linquo offers optional paid subscriptions:
- Monthly Plan — $2 per month
- Yearly Plan — $24 per year
3. Refund Eligibility
a) Monthly Plan
- Payments for the Monthly Plan are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
- You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.
b) Yearly Plan
- If you cancel within 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund.
- After 7 days, payments are non-refundable, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.
4. Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your paid billing period. No further charges will be made unless you resubscribe.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted beyond the standard terms if required by applicable law or at our sole discretion in cases of:
- Unauthorized charges.
- Technical issues preventing access to the Services.
